By signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Assumption of Risk
I understand that operating or being near a cotton candy machine involves certain risks, including but not limited to burns, electrical hazards, and allergic reactions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of this equipment.
- Release of Liability
I hereby release and hold harmless Certified Party Rentals and Events LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries arising from the use or operation of the cotton candy machine, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law.
- Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and defend Certified Party Rentals and Events LLC against any claims brought by third parties arising from my use or misuse of the cotton candy machine.

- Supervision and Operation
I agree that the cotton candy machine will be operated only by individuals aged 18 or older who have received proper instructions. I will ensure that the machine is used in a safe and responsible manner.
- Medical Conditions and Allergies
I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions or allergies that would be adversely affected by exposure to cotton candy ingredients or machine operation.
- Arizona Law and Enforceability
This waiver is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. I understand that this waiver must be clear and unambiguous to be enforceable, and I believe it meets those standards.
