Sales Tax Policy

Certified Party Rentals and Events LLC collects sales tax on all taxable rental transactions in accordance with Arizona’s Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) regulations. The applicable rate depends on the event or delivery location.

For rentals delivered within Mesa, AZ (ZIP codes 85201–85216, 85274–85277), the current combined tax rate is 8.3% (including state, county, and city taxes). Rates may vary if the event occurs outside Mesa city limits.

Tax is calculated based on the delivery location, not the billing address. All taxable items and services are clearly itemized at checkout.
