Q How Early Do you Set up?
AWe arrive 45 mins to an 1 hour before an event.
Q Will you set up and/or deflate the unit or must we turn it off ?
AThe Jump unit must stay on and plugged in until the CPRE workers arrive. Yes, we do set up and deflate all our Jump units.
Q Inspecting the Bounce House.
ACPRE Workers will inspect the jump unit before and after the rental service for any damages.
Q Am I responsible for any Damages ?
AYes and No. You are not responsible for normal wear and tears. But any damages due to not following our safety rules or negligence; you will be fully responsible. If the damages include replace the jump unit; you will be fully responsible.
Q Safety Rules of the Jump Unit
AChildren age 15 and under using this inflatable must be supervised at all times by an adult.
No standing or jumping is allowed on the step into the Bounce House.
Shoes must be removed before entering the unit.
No wrestling, flipping, hanging on supports, roughhousing, running, or any other type of activity besides jumping is allowed in the Bounce House.
No jumping or bouncing against the columns and no climbing on the netting.
There are no sharp objects, eyeglasses, jewelry, gum, food, drinks, or pets allowed in the Bounce House.
No Silly String Is allowed in or around the Bounce House as it does irreparable damage.
