2 Equipment description
• 	Equipment Rented: White Castle Bounce House Rental — All-White Design (suitable for wedding themes, baby showers, and all-white events)

4 Renter responsibilities and assumption of risk
• 	The Renter accepts the Equipment in its current condition and is responsible for its safe use, supervision, transport, storage, setup/teardown, anchoring, and cleaning for the entire Rental period.
• 	The Renter must follow Owner’s provided setup, anchoring, electrical safety, and operating instructions and must ensure the bounce house is used only on a level, clear surface free of sharp objects.
• 	The Renter must ensure appropriate supervision at all times, limit the number of users and user behavior as instructed by Owner, and prevent use by persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• 	The Renter assumes all risk of loss, theft, puncture, tear, damage, contamination, collapse, weather-related damage, or injury arising from use of the Equipment while in the Renter’s possession, custody, or control.

5 Safety requirements and prohibited conduct
• 	No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, pets, or glass are allowed inside the bounce house.
• 	The Renter must enforce age/weight limits and prevent roughhousing, flips, or overcrowding.
• 	The Renter must deflate and secure the bounce house and disconnect power during severe weather or when instructed by Owner.
• 	The Renter is responsible for obtaining any venue-specific permits or approvals required for setup.

6 Damage, loss, repair, replacement, and costs
• 	If the Equipment is lost, stolen, punctured, torn, damaged, contaminated, or rendered unusable while under Renter control, the Renter will promptly pay the full cost to repair or replace the Equipment as determined by the Owner.
• 	The Renter will reimburse the Owner for reasonable lost rental income while the Equipment is unavailable and for any ancillary expenses incurred because of the loss or damage, including cleaning, repairs, replacement parts, shipping, and service fees.
• 	The Owner’s written estimate or invoice for repair or replacement costs will be the basis for amounts due, provided the Owner acts in good faith.

7 Waiver, release, indemnification, and defense
• 	To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, the Renter releases and waives any claims against CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC, its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns for bodily injury, property damage, or death arising from the Renter’s use, operation, possession, transport, setup, supervision, or teardown of the Equipment during the Rental period, except for claims that arise from the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• 	The Renter will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC and its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Renter’s use or supervision of the Equipment, except to the extent such claims are caused by the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8 Insurance, default remedies, governing law, and venue
• 	The Renter shall maintain at the Renter’s expense insurance covering loss or damage to the Equipment and liability for injuries or property damage arising from its use in amounts satisfactory to the Owner. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to release of the Equipment. If the Renter elects not to obtain insurance, the Renter remains fully responsible for all loss, damage, and associated costs the Owner may incur.
• 	If the Renter fails to pay any amount when due, fails to return the Equipment on time, or breaches this Agreement, the Owner may repossess the Equipment and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies. The Renter will be responsible for all costs of repossession, collection, enforcement, and any reasonable attorneys’ fees.
• 	This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located within Arizona. The Owner may elect venue in any Arizona county.

9 Severability, integration, and modification
• 	If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Equipment rental and supersedes prior oral or written agreements. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.

10 Acknowledgement of understanding and signature
• 	The Renter acknowledges having read this Agreement, understands its terms, and signs voluntarily.
