4 Renter responsibilities supervision and safety rules
• 	The Renter accepts the Equipment in its current condition and is responsible for its safe use, supervision, transport, storage, setup/teardown, anchoring, and cleaning for the entire Rental period.
• 	The Renter must follow Owner’s provided setup, anchoring, electrical safety, and operating instructions and must ensure the bounce house is used only on a level, clear surface free of sharp objects.
• 	The Renter must provide competent adult supervision at all times, enforce posted rules including age/weight limits, limit the number of simultaneous users as instructed by Owner, and prohibit flips, roughhousing, shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, and glass inside the bounce house.
• 	The Renter must prevent use by persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs and must deflate, secure, and disconnect power during severe weather or on Owner instruction.

5 Damage loss repair replacement and costs
• 	If the Equipment is lost, stolen, punctured, torn, damaged, contaminated, or rendered unusable while under Renter control, the Renter will promptly pay the full cost to repair or replace the Equipment as determined by the Owner.
• 	The Renter will reimburse the Owner for reasonable lost rental income while the Equipment is unavailable and for ancillary expenses incurred because of the loss or damage, including cleaning, replacement parts, structural repairs, shipping, and service fees.
• 	The Owner’s written estimate or invoice for repair or replacement costs will be the basis for amounts due, provided the Owner acts in good faith.

6 Waiver release indemnification and defense
• 	To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, the Renter releases and waives any claims against CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC, its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns for bodily injury, property damage, or death arising from the Renter’s use, operation, possession, transport, setup, supervision, or teardown of the Equipment during the Rental period, except for claims that arise from the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• 	The Renter will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC and its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Renter’s use or supervision of the Equipment, except to the extent such claims are caused by the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7 Insurance default remedies governing law and venue
• 	The Renter shall maintain at the Renter’s expense insurance covering loss or damage to the Equipment and liability for injuries or property damage arising from its use in amounts satisfactory to the Owner. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to release of the Equipment. If the Renter elects not to obtain insurance, the Renter remains fully responsible for all loss, damage, and associated costs the Owner may incur.
• 	If the Renter fails to pay any amount when due, fails to return the Equipment on time, or breaches this Agreement, the Owner may repossess the Equipment and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies. The Renter will be responsible for all costs of repossession, collection, enforcement, and any reasonable attorneys’ fees.
• 	This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located within Arizona; venue is proper in any Arizona county.

8 Severability integration modification and acknowledgement
• 	If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Equipment rental and supersedes prior oral or written agreements. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
• 	The Renter acknowledges having read this Agreement, understands its terms, and signs voluntarily.

• 	The Renter must follow Owner’s provided setup, anchoring, electrical safety, and operating instructions. Only Owner-approved personnel may perform setup/teardown if Owner requires.
• 	The Renter must provide adequate, competent adult supervision at all times while the slide is in use and must enforce posted rules including but not limited to weight/age limits, one rider at a time (unless otherwise specified), feet-first sliding only, no flips, no roughhousing, no shoes, no sharp objects, and prohibition on alcohol or drug impairment for riders.
• 	The Renter must clear the area of hazardous debris, maintain safe water levels in the splash pool, and ensure the blower remains powered and unobstructed during operation. The Renter must deflate and secure the slide and disconnect power during severe weather or when instructed by Owner.

5 Damage, loss, repair, replacement, and costs
• 	If the Equipment is lost, stolen, punctured, torn, damaged, contaminated, or rendered unusable while under Renter control, the Renter will promptly pay the full cost to repair or replace the Equipment as determined by the Owner.
• 	The Renter will reimburse the Owner for reasonable lost rental income while the Equipment is unavailable and for any ancillary expenses incurred because of the loss or damage, including cleaning, replacement parts, structural repairs, shipping, and service fees.

• 	The Renter must enforce age/weight limits and prevent roughhousing, flips, or overcrowding.
• 	The Renter must deflate and secure the bounce house and disconnect power during severe weather or when instructed by Owner.
• 	The Renter is responsible for obtaining any venue-specific permits or approvals required for setup.

We need a clear path from the street to the setup area 36-48 inches wide depending on the unit, any gates will need to be 36-48 inches wide. These units are brought in on a large dolley they are very heavy. We will not pick them up over walls, a/c units, carry them through the home, up or down stairs ect. The setup area and path must be be level,cleared of debris or sharp odjects and cleared of animal debris 1 day before we arrive. • 	The Renter is responsible for screening participants for obvious medical limitations and for supervising all activity; participants must be of appropriate age and size for the provided gear. The Renter assumes all risk of injury, illness, damage, or death arising from use of the Equipment, including from participant collisions, falls, contact with surfaces, or improper use of gear.
• 	The Renter must prohibit sharp objects, glass, alcoholic impairment while competing, open flames, smoking, and hazardous behavior in or immediately around the Arena.

• 	The Owner’s written estimate or invoice for repair or replacement costs will be the basis for amounts due, provided the Owner acts in good faith.

6 Waiver, release, and limitation of liability
• 	To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, the Renter releases and waives any claims against CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC, its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns for bodily injury, property damage, or death arising from the Renter’s use, operation, possession, transport, or assembly/disassembly of the Equipment during the Rental period, except for claims that arise from the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• 	The Renter acknowledges this waiver is material to the Owner’s decision to rent the Equipment and is entered into voluntarily.

7 Indemnification and defense

6 Waiver, release, and limitation of liability
• 	To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, the Renter releases and waives any claims against CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC, its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns for bodily injury, property damage, or death arising from the Renter’s use, operation, possession, or transport of the Equipment during the Rental period, except for claims that arise from the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• 	The Renter acknowledges this waiver is material to the Owner’s decision to rent the Equipment and is entered into voluntarily.

7 Indemnification and defense
• 	The Renter will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC and its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Renter’s use, operation, possession, transport, or storage of the Equipment, except to the extent such claims are caused by the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8 Insurance requirement
• 	The Renter shall maintain at the Renter’s expense insurance covering loss or damage to the Equipment and liability for injuries or property damage arising from its use in amounts satisfactory to the Owner. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to release of the Equipment.
• 	If the Renter elects not to obtain insurance, the Renter remains fully responsible for all loss and damage and for costs the Owner may incur.

9 Default remedies and repossession
• 	If the Renter fails to pay any amount when due, fails to return the Equipment on time, or breaches this Agreement, the Owner may repossess the Equipment and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies.
• 	The Renter will be responsible for all costs of repossession, collection, enforcement, and any reasonable attorneys’ fees.

10 Governing law and venue
• 	This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located within Arizona. The Owner may elect venue in any Arizona county.

11 Severability, integration, and modification
• 	If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

5 Safety, venue, and permit obligations
• 	The Renter must comply with venue rules and local ordinances regarding placement, power use, and crowd control, and is responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals.
• 	The Renter must ensure safe clearance for audience sightlines and for projector power/cable runs to avoid trip hazards; appropriate cable protection and GFCI protection must be used where required.

6 Damage, loss, repair, replacement, and costs
• 	If the Equipment is lost, stolen, punctured, torn, damaged, contaminated, or rendered unusable while under Renter control, the Renter will promptly pay the full cost to repair or replace the Equipment as determined by the Owner.
• 	The Renter will reimburse the Owner for reasonable lost rental income while the Equipment is unavailable and for ancillary expenses incurred because of the loss or damage, including cleaning, replacement parts, structural repairs, shipping, and service fees.
• 	The Owner’s written estimate or invoice for repair or replacement costs will be the basis for amounts due, provided the Owner acts in good faith.

7 Waiver, release, indemnification, and defense
• 	To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, the Renter releases and waives any claims against CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC, its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns for bodily injury, property damage, or death arising from the Renter’s use, operation, possession, transport, setup, anchoring, or teardown of the Equipment during the Rental period, except for claims that arise from the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• 	The Renter will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC and its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Renter’s use or supervision of the Equipment, except to the extent such claims are caused by the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8 Insurance and compliance
• 	The Renter shall maintain at the Renter’s expense insurance covering loss or damage to the Equipment and liability for injuries or property damage arising from its use in amounts satisfactory to the Owner. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to release of the Equipment.
• 	If the Renter elects not to obtain insurance, the Renter remains fully responsible for all loss, damage, and associated costs the Owner may incur.

9 Default remedies, governing law, and venue
• 	If the Renter fails to pay any amount when due, fails to return the Equipment on time, or breaches this Agreement, the Owner may repossess the Equipment and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies. The Renter will be responsible for all costs of repossession, collection, enforcement, and any reasonable attorneys’ fees.
• 	This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located within Arizona; venue is proper in any Arizona county.

10 Severability, integration, modification, and acknowledgement
• 	If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Equipment rental and supersedes prior oral or written agreements. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
• 	The Renter acknowledges having read this Agreement, understands its terms, and signs voluntarily.

• 	The Renter acknowledges this waiver is material to the Owner’s decision to rent the Equipment and is entered into voluntarily.

7 Indemnification and defense
• 	The Renter will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC and its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Renter’s use, operation, possession, transport, storage, assembly/disassembly, anchoring, or cleaning of the Equipment, except to the extent such claims are caused by the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for:
• 	Ensuring the fog machine is operated safely and correctly
• 	Preventing damage, misuse, or exposure to unsafe conditions
• 	Returning all components (machine, power cord, remote, fluid container, etc.)
• 	Covering the cost of repair or replacement if the equipment is returned damaged, incomplete, or non-functional
Certified Party Rentals & Events, LLC reserves the right to inspect the equipment upon return and assess any applicable fees for damage, excessive residue, or missing parts.

Safety & Usage Guidelines
I understand that fog machines produce artificial fog or haze using heat and/or chemical solutions, and that use of this equipment may involve risks including, but not limited to:
• 	Respiratory irritation or allergic reactions
• 	Slippery surfaces due to condensation
• 	Reduced visibility in enclosed or crowded areas
• 	Potential triggering of smoke alarms or fire suppression systems
I agree to:

Release of Liability

4 Renter responsibilities and assumption of risk
• 	The Renter accepts the Equipment in its current condition and is responsible for its care, use, transport, storage, and security for the entire Rental period.
• 	The Renter must follow Owner’s provided operating and mounting instructions, electrical safety guidance, and is responsible for any improper use or failure to follow instructions.
• 	The Renter assumes all risk of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of the Equipment from any cause while the Equipment is in the Renter’s possession, custody, or control.

5 Damage, loss, repair, replacement, and costs
• 	If the Equipment is lost, stolen, damaged, or rendered inoperable while under Renter control, the Renter will promptly pay the full cost to repair or replace the Equipment as determined by the Owner.
• 	The Renter will reimburse the Owner for reasonable lost rental income while the Equipment is unavailable and for any ancillary expenses incurred because of the loss or damage, including shipping, replacement parts, and service fees.
• 	The Owner’s written estimate or invoice for repair or replacement costs will be the basis for amounts due, provided the Owner acts in good faith.

6 Waiver, release, and limitation of liability
• 	To the fullest extent permitted under Arizona law, the Renter releases and waives any claims against CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC, its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns for bodily injury, property damage, or death arising from the Renter’s use, operation, possession, or transport of the Equipment during the Rental period, except for claims that arise from the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• 	The Renter acknowledges this waiver is material to the Owner’s decision to rent the Equipment and is entered into voluntarily.

7 Indemnification and defense
• 	The Renter will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CertifiedPartyRentals & Events LLC and its owners, agents, employees, contractors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the Renter’s use, operation, possession, transport, or cleaning of the Equipment, except to the extent such claims are caused by the Owner’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8 Insurance requirement
• 	The Renter shall maintain at the Renter’s expense insurance covering loss or damage to the Equipment and liability for injuries or property damage arising from its use in amounts satisfactory to the Owner. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to release of the Equipment.
• 	If the Renter elects not to obtain insurance, the Renter remains fully responsible for all loss, damage, and associated costs the Owner may incur.

9 Default remedies and repossession
• 	If the Renter fails to pay any amount when due, fails to return the Equipment on time, or breaches this Agreement, the Owner may repossess the Equipment and pursue all available legal and equitable remedies.
• 	The Renter will be responsible for all costs of repossession, collection, enforcement, and any reasonable attorneys’ fees.

10 Governing law and venue
• 	This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located within Arizona; venue is proper in any Arizona county.

11 Severability, integration, and modification
• 	If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• 	This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Equipment rental and supersedes prior oral or written agreements. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.

12 Acknowledgement of understanding
• 	The Renter acknowledges having read this Agreement, understands its terms, and signs voluntarily.

4 Renter responsibilities, setup, and safety
• 	The Renter accepts the Equipment in its current condition and is responsible for its care, safe operation, transport, storage, setup/teardown, and security for the entire Rental period.
• 	The Renter must follow Owner’s provided setup, electrical safety, fluid use, and operation instructions; use only Owner‑approved fluids; and not operate the machine in a manner inconsistent with the manual or Owner guidance.
• 	The Renter must provide appropriate electrical supply and avoid daisy‑chaining or using undersized extension cords; use GFCI protection where required; place the machine on stable, level, non‑combustible surfaces with adequate ventilation.
• 	The Renter must avoid operating the unit where snow residue could create slip hazards or damage sensitive electronics or finishes; the Renter is responsible for controlling user access to the effect zone and for cleanup of incidental residue.

5 Environmental, noise, and venue obligations
• 	The Renter is responsible for complying with venue rules and local ordinances regarding indoor use, noise, public safety, slip hazards, and crowd control, and must obtain any required permits or approvals.
• 	The Renter acknowledges the motor may be noisy and should assess suitability for quiet environments before operation.

6 Damage, loss, repair, replacement, and costs
• 	If the Equipment is lost, stolen, punctured, contaminated, damaged, or rendered unusable while under Renter control, the Renter will promptly pay the full cost to repair or replace the Equipment as determined by the Owner.
• 	The Renter will reimburse the Owner for reasonable lost rental income while the Equipment is unavailable and for ancillary expenses incurred because of the loss or damage, including cleaning, replacement parts, repair labor, shipping, and service fees.
• 	The Owner’s written estimate or invoice for repair or replacement costs will be the basis for amounts due, provided the Owner acts in good faith.

Inflatable Nightclub Tent – Rental Agreement, Waiver & Release of Liability

This agreement is between Certified Party Rentals & Events LLC (“Company”) and the Client (“Renter”) for the rental and use of the inflatable nightclub tent and any associated equipment.
By booking this rental, the Renter agrees to the following terms:

✅ 1. Assumption of Risk
The Renter understands that the inflatable nightclub tent requires continuous airflow, proper anchoring, and safe use. The Renter acknowledges that participation in activities inside or around the inflatable tent may involve risks including, but not limited to, slips, falls, tripping hazards, weather‑related risks, and misuse by guests.
The Renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the inflatable nightclub tent.

✅ 2. Supervision & Use Requirements
The Renter agrees to:
• 	Ensure adult supervision at all times during use
• 	Prevent overcrowding or unsafe behavior
• 	Keep all sharp objects, fireworks, smoking, and open flames away from the inflatable
• 	Ensure no climbing, hanging, or pulling on walls, doors, or structural elements
• 	Keep the blower and power source unobstructed and protected
• 	Ensure all guests follow safe conduct inside and around the tent
The Company reserves the right to refuse setup if the area is unsafe.

✅ 3. Weather Policy
The inflatable must not be used in:
• 	High winds
• 	Heavy rain
• 	Lightning
• 	Unsafe ground conditions
If weather becomes unsafe, the Renter agrees to immediately evacuate the tent and turn off the blower until conditions improve

✅ 4. Damage, Cleaning & Replacement Fees
The Renter is responsible for:
• 	Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow rules
• 	Damage from pets, sharp objects, fireworks, or unauthorized equipment
• 	Excessive cleaning due to spills, food, drinks, glitter, paint, or bodily fluids
Replacement costs for major damage or destruction may range from $1,500–$4,000 depending on severity.
Normal wear and tear is not charged.

✅ 5. Power Requirements
The inflatable requires a dedicated electrical outlet within 50–75 feet.
If power is not available, the Renter must request a generator (additional fee).
The blower must remain running at all times while the tent is in use.

✅ 6. Hold Harmless Agreement
The Renter agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, and release Certified Party Rentals & Events LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the inflatable nightclub tent, except in cases of Company negligence.

✅ 7. Setup Area Requirements
The Renter agrees to provide:
• 	A flat, clear area free of rocks, debris, and hazards
• 	Adequate space for anchoring and blower placement
• 	Access to the setup location at the scheduled time
If the area is unsafe or inaccessible, the Company may cancel the setup without refund.

✅ 8. Client Responsibility
The Renter agrees to:
• 	Ensure all guests follow safety rules
• 	Keep children supervised
• 	Prevent unauthorized relocation or deflation
• 	Notify the Company immediately if issues arise

✅ 9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may result in loss of deposit.
Weather‑related cancellations may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

10. Payment, Deposit & Billing Policy
• 	A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date.
• 	All deposits are non‑refundable, regardless of cancellation reason.
• 	The remaining balance is automatically charged three (3) days prior to the event date using the payment method on file.
• 	If the payment method fails, the Renter must provide an updated payment method immediately to avoid cancellation.
• 	If the Renter prefers to pay the full amount upfront, they may request this at the time of booking, and the Company will process the full payment instead of waiting for the 3‑day billing window.
• 	The Renter agrees that failure to pay the remaining balance when due may result in cancellation of the rental without refund of the deposit
